Journey to Kobe, Japan (Japanspaziergang - Eindrücke)

This picture was taken on my journey to Kobe, Japan, on Friday, October 17th 2025, after a hike up Mt. Maya. I was guided through the dark forest, and up thousands of steps, and stairs by Yoppi (Thank you!), and together we watched the dawn, and the sun approach over the mountain ridges in the East.

Sommerlaubenbau, wilder Thymian und der Blick der Loreley zum Horizont

Eines der schönsten Musikstücke, das ich in den vergangenen Wochen kennenlernen durfte (Danke, Christina!) und bei zahlreichen Versuchen aufnahm, handelt inhaltlich vom Sommerlaubenbau, dem Blumensammeln, dem gemeinsamen Pflücken des wilden Thymians und der Liebe, die einen erfüllt: also, sinnlich-ästhetisches Handeln.

Auch die Begegnung mit der Loreley ist eine sinnlich-ästhetische Erfahrung. Sie erzählt mit ihrem in die Ferne zum Horizont streichenden Blick vom In-der-Liebe-Sein, dem Weitergehen und im Hier-und-Jetzt-Sein.
Und das sei ihr nur angedichtet, denn was sie fühlt und tut, das sage sie besser selbst.

Das Bild nahm ich am 13. Juni 2025 auf, und die Musik am 16. Juni 2025.

The picture was taken at the Bode Museum, if I remember correctly, in Berlin, August 10th 2023, and shows a fragment of the face of Mary by Antonio Rossellino created around 1460 to 1470.
